Shipping & Returns

DHS Delivery

Subject to availability we aim to get all goods delivered within 10-15 working days. Some items are made to order or hand finished and these products can take up to 15-21 days. Products are despatched directly from regional distribution centres or directly from the manufacturer, therefore some orders with multiple items may not all arrive at the same time.

All products are priced for mainland UK only and exclude delivery charges which is calculated at the checkout stage.

For non-mainland orders i.e. Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of White and Western Isles a further delivery charge will be added to your final total order value.

All goods require a signature on delivery.



Without prejudice to your statutory rights, Goods may only be returned if they are unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Unwanted Goods to be returned must be sent back to 'Returns, Doug Hillard Sports, 647 Fishponds Road, Bristol, BS16 3BQ'.

Returned goods must be sent back via a non-prepaid courier of your choice, Doug Hillard Sports Ltd will not be responsible for damage or loss of your return.

Your original shpping fee will not be refunded within the total amount for the goods.

Goods to be returned will be kept safe and secure until such time as they sent back to Doug Hillard Sports Ltd.

Any damage to the Goods will be deducted from any refund given. We will refund the price of the Goods (if a refund is applicable) to you less any deductions in terms of the above clause once the Goods have been examined and within their 28 day return policy.

All personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable.


Faulty Goods

Damages must be reported within 24hrs of receipt of goods.



First instance report the fault to us with a full description of alleged fault, we will then arrange a replacement to be sent to the customer once we recieve the faulty goods back to the store.

If the fault is deemed a manufactures fault and the item is under guarantee then we will replace the faulty item Free Of Charge.

All Non-stock items consist of the teamwear products. You should allow the following lead times for branded teamwear products: -

Acerbis Teamwear - 6-7 working days if in stock at warehouse

Errea Teamwear - 6-7 working days if in stock at warehouse

Uhlsport Teamwear - 6-7 working days if in stock at warehouse

Hummel Teamwear - 4-5 working days if in stock at warehouse

Umbro Teamwear  - 4-5 working days if in stock at warehouse

Mitre Teamwear - 4-5 working days if in stock at warehouse

Puma Teamwear - 4-5 working days if in stock at warehouse

Stanno Teamwear - 4-5 working days if in stock at warehouse

Joma Teamwear - 6-7 working days if in stock at warehouse

Gray Nicolls - 4-5 working days if in stock at warehouse

Please conatct for a specific date for delivery on products as dates may fluctuate during busier and quieter periods.


Out of Stock Items
There will be certain occasions, during the busy footballing schedule, when products can be out of stock with the supplier. On these rare occasions we will always contact you as soon as possible to keep you in the loop with updates. If this product is unavailable for a period of time, we will try to offer a suitbale substitute product.

Printing and Embroidery
Personalising a garment will delay the proccess of your order as personliastion takes time. Whether it is from the online DHS Club Shop Club shop or the full football kit you should always allow 2 weeks for delivery from the original order date. 

Once placing the personalised order, the order cannot be edited once it has arrived into our warehouse as the embroidery proccess would have begun.
