Subject to availability we aim to get all goods delivered within 10-15 working days. Some items are made to order or hand finished and these products can take up to 15-21 days. Products are despatched directly from regional distribution centres or directly from the manufacturer, therefore some orders with multiple items may not all arrive at the same time.
All products are priced for mainland UK only and exclude delivery charges (10% of the order value) and VAT (15.0%) which is calculated at the checkout stage.
For non-mainland orders i.e. Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of White and Western Isles we will be pleased to quote you a price and availability - just contact us.
Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 8.30am-5.30pm(excluding bank holidays). All goods require a signature on delivery.
Most furniture products come packed for safe delivery and easy assembly to keep cost very low. If you wish to enquire about our assembly service please contact us and we will be pleased to quote you.
Without prejudice to your statutory rights, Goods may only be returned if they are unused, unassembled, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Goods to be returned will be collected by us or our agents. Doug Hillad Sports Ltd reserves the right to charge a minimum handling fee of 15% of the value of the goods for items returned when orders were placed in error or not wanted. This will be deducted from any refund given. Goods to be returned will be kept safe and secure until such time as they are collected by us. Any damage to the Goods will be deducted from any refund given in addition to the minimum handling fee (if applicable) referred to above. We will refund the price of the Goods (if a refund is applicable) to you less any deductions in terms of the above clause once the Goods have been examined and within 30 days of their collection from you by Doug Hillard Sports Ltd.
Damages: must be reported within 24hrs of receipt of goods.
Under Guarantee: First instance report the fault to us with a full description of alleged fault, we will then arrange an engineer to attend and either rectify the fault on site or advise on action needed to remedy. If the fault is deemed a manufactures fault and the item is under guarantee then we will replace the faulty item FOC.
Unwanted goods / wrongly ordered:
Goods will be collected and a charge for carriage applied based upon the value of your goods. Goods must be returned in the packaging they arrived in. Goods assembled on site by third party will not be returnable.

Out of Stock Items
There will be certain occasions, during the busy footballing schedule, when products can be out of stock with the supplier. On these rare occasions we will always contact you as soon as possible to keep you in the loop with updates. If this product is unavailable for a period of time, we will try to offer a substitute product.
Printing and Embroidery
Personalising a garment will delay the proccess of your order as personliastion takes time. Whether it is from the online DHS Club Shop Club shop or the full football kit you should always allow 2 weeks for delivery from the original order date.
Once placing the personlaised order, the order cannot be edited once it has arrived into our warehouse as the embroidery proccess would have begun.
